Diallo M. Watts, Sr. is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of RxAir360 Inc. An entrepreneur, electrical engineer, and strategic business leader, he brings more than two decades of experience spanning healthcare innovation, technology, logistics, real estate, and advertising. On September 28, 2022, Diallo founded RxAir360 with the mission of transforming access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Under his leadership, the company has secured millions in early-stage funding, assembled a world-class medical advisory board, and advanced toward FDA clearance and commercialization.

Natasha Watts

Natasha Watts, MBA, PMP

Chief Financial Officer

Natasha Watts is a seasoned financial and project management executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting large-scale federal, government, and higher education initiatives. Holding both an MBA and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she has led multimillion-dollar budgets, compliance programs, and strategic operational initiatives throughout her career. As Chief Financial Officer, Natasha oversees corporate finance, financial planning, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Tony Brown is an accomplished sales executive with a unique background in engineering, finance, and business development. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing sales organizations, developed strategic partnerships, and driven significant revenue growth across multiple industries. Known for his ability to scale teams and create market opportunities, Tony leads RxAir360's national sales strategy, physician outreach initiatives, and channel development efforts.

Richard Farmer

Vice President of Infrastructure

Richard Farmer is a highly respected hyperbaric infrastructure specialist with extensive experience in chamber installation, maintenance, operations, and regulatory compliance. His expertise spans NFPA 99 requirements, PVHO standards, facility planning, and the operational requirements necessary for safe hyperbaric chamber deployment. At RxAir360, Richard leads infrastructure planning, deployment strategies, technical training, and operational readiness initiatives.

Kevin Dye

Director of Operations

Kevin Dye is an experienced hyperbaric operations specialist with more than 25,000 hours of hands-on hyperbaric chamber experience. A master diver with extensive technical expertise, he has spent years supporting chamber maintenance, operational procedures, safety protocols, and patient treatment environments. At RxAir360, he helps bridge clinical requirements with practical operational execution.

Director of Investor Relations

Heather Isham brings more than three decades of experience in marketing, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management. She has successfully worked with organizations to build trust, communicate value, and strengthen investor and donor relationships. As Director of Investor Relations, Heather serves as a key liaison between RxAir360 and its investor community.

Keith Burch is a fire safety and regulatory compliance expert with more than two decades of experience in code enforcement, risk mitigation, and life safety systems. His background includes extensive work with fire prevention standards, facility inspections, and regulatory compliance programs. At RxAir360, Keith oversees safety policies and compliance initiatives to help ensure all chamber installations meet applicable codes.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Niezgoda is internationally recognized as one of the foremost authorities in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. He is the founder of AZH Wound & Hyperbaric Center and currently serves as Chief Medical Officer of Kent Imaging. A past President of both the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine (ACHM) and the American Professional Wound Care Association (APWCA), Dr. Niezgoda has played a significant role in shaping modern wound care standards and hyperbaric medicine practices. His leadership helps guide RxAir360's clinical strategy and commitment to evidence-based patient care.

Dr. Tyler Sexton is a board-certified physician specializing in hyperbaric medicine, wound care, and pediatric healthcare. He currently serves as President of the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine and is a respected international speaker, educator, and advocate for expanded access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Having personally overcome the challenges of cerebral palsy, Dr. Sexton brings a unique perspective to patient care, rehabilitation, and medical innovation.

Lily N. Daniali, MD

Lily N. Daniali, MD, FACS

Medical Advisory Board Member

Dr. Lily N. Daniali is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with specialized expertise in complex wound healing, microsurgery, burn reconstruction, hand surgery, craniofacial surgery, and breast reconstruction. She completed her medical training at the University of Washington School of Medicine and pursued advanced fellowship training in hand surgery, microsurgery, craniofacial surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery. Her extensive experience in tissue healing and surgical reconstruction provides valuable insight into the clinical applications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

His expertise in osteomyelitis, trauma recovery, and advanced wound healing aligns closely with many established indications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Stokes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), former United States Naval Officer, and healthcare entrepreneur with nearly two decades of clinical experience in rehabilitation, musculoskeletal health, performance optimization, and patient-centered care. She has dedicated her career to helping patients improve mobility, accelerate recovery, and enhance overall quality of life through evidence-based treatment approaches. As the founder of My Wellness Matters, Dr. Stokes focuses on empowering individuals to achieve long-term health and wellness outcomes through education, prevention, and personalized care. As Chair of the RxAir360 Clinical Advisory Board, she provides strategic clinical leadership that supports the company's mission to expand access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy and advance innovative patient care solutions.

Her background in leadership, accountability, and process optimization brings valuable perspective to the RxAir360 Board of Directors.

Board-certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Pain Medicine, he has dedicated his career to advancing patient care for individuals affected by stroke, traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disorders, chronic pain, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and other complex neurological conditions. Dr. Warren Cross is a pioneering ophthalmologist, former United States Air Force Flight Surgeon, and one of the earliest physicians to incorporate hyperbaric oxygen therapy into clinical practice in Texas. With more than three decades of experience in vision restoration and patient care, he has been a strong advocate for innovative treatment approaches that improve quality of life. His longstanding contributions to both ophthalmology and hyperbaric medicine have earned him widespread respect within the medical community. As an Honorary Medical Advisory Board Member, Dr. Cross provides valuable historical perspective, clinical insight, and industry knowledge.
